Since last week, our front door has been installed and yesterday the Blower Door Test was conducted. During the leak detection, four or five small leaks were found that the drywall contractor still needs to fix. Despite the leaks, we achieved an n50 value of 0.7 1/h. For the final house and without leaks, the tester suspects that we will reach a maximum of 0.6 1/h. For a KFW55 house, I think that is an absolutely top value, with which I am really very satisfied.
In addition, we have carried out a few DIY tasks in the last few days. Among other things, we have installed a drywall partition wall that hides the ventilation ducts of the controlled residential ventilation and tiled the basement rooms.
