Is it just me or do even more readers wish that the debate about experts (in this thread) would end and someone would just please post pictures of their house / their construction site again?

Even though the photo diary is not kept as meticulously as some others, here are a few impressions of the development from November until last week. Currently, the fine plaster is being applied inside; moving in is planned for the last week of June, we are optimistic...

Why and for what purpose was the floor broken up / milled again in the third to last picture (155101)?

Here we went "to be safe" about 3 cm down into the base plate to lay the extraction duct. According to the kitchen installer, it would probably have barely been enough, but we wanted to be on the safe side and still have enough insulation over it.
