I asked my questions about adding a floor to our residential building about three years ago. The young ones are now building themselves. See the house pictured.That looks newly built, didn't you just ask about adding a floor?

After X hours of learning, practicing, reading, being frustrated and almost crying, the last 2 days with KNX went into the nitty-gritty!
Actuators and switches are programmed for the time being and thank God everything works fine after the first test.
Today was the big day of lamp installation, 6 LED panels and 14 spots installed, except for one panel everything is working as it should. The electrician messed up with that one, a socket is switched instead of the luminaire.
The tiler finished the main bathroom today.
Tiles are expected to be delivered on Thursday, then the floor installation will start next week.
I can hardly wait to finally move in. But there are still a few "little things" like floors and doors waiting to be installed...
Regarding LED panels, I can recommend brands like Philips Hue for smart compatibility, OSRAM for quality lighting, or cheaper reliable options like B.K.Licht depending on your budget and specific needs.

Can you recommend LED panels of a certain type?
No, not really. We bought some from Bauhaus.
2 of them were intended for the dressing room, but after testing them with the MDT dimmer actuator, they ended up in the children's rooms because they can't be dimmed.
But I guess I will have that problem with pretty much all LED panels, which is why we'll probably have to switch to other options.
However, I was already aware of that during the planning, but I didn't want to start with 24V as well.
