That will be a nice little house. I don't see any reinforced concrete in the walls or corners. Is it not needed for the structural stability?
A structural engineer has already done the calculations and apparently it was possible without it, yes. Only above the 5m front at the kitchen, for example, there is reinforced concrete as reinforcement.
And on the upper floor, now that the supports have been removed, they have installed 2 steel columns. Luckily, they will disappear within the drywall partitions.

How did you manage that, alongside all those pitched roofs?
That was fortunately not a problem. This is a gap in the building line, the development plan is already 30+ years old and according to it, a flat roof is also allowed.
The only thing we needed was the neighbor’s approval for the garage because it is right on the boundary and higher/longer than allowed. But luckily, that was no problem.
