It's all a matter of money! Here, plots over 600m2 do not go for less than 200-250k. Anyone who wants more for their money will of course have to go to the village and commute dozens of kilometers daily.

Here, even with money, you can't get a plot, it's purely a matter of luck. There have been no building plots for sale here for over 2 years, except for impossible plots (next to a gas station or directly 5m next to a railway line).

You also have to be glad if you get a piece of land here. Additionally, we and our neighbors have just placed the house mutually at the 3-meter boundary. That makes it 6 meters apart. On the other side comes the carport and next door the garage.

Yesterday the last layer of exterior plaster was applied. After the film was removed from the windows today, we were able to see it almost finished for the first time. The interior plaster is 90% complete, and we have now started with the screed heating. Unfortunately, we are having delivery problems with the tiles, so we do not know if moving in at the beginning of December can be maintained... :/
