The first picture is from Wednesday, the last two from yesterday. On Wednesday, the exterior walls of the ground floor were completed, and yesterday the load-bearing interior walls were finished as well as the non-load-bearing interior walls up to half height. The non-load-bearing walls are bypassed and only poured before they are fully built up.

Hi,
just a quick picture from last night. I don’t even know what’s going on. Actually, the site manager said that not much more could happen this week because the roofer had a scheduling issue. But apparently, he didn’t know about that and diligently covered the roof...
And now the water and sewage pipes and the window frames are already in... *astonished*

It’s currently progressing so fast that my inspector can’t keep up with his visits at all!

But I better not complain about that!

Best regards,

Andreas

Once it gets started, the closed shell of the building is usually completed quite quickly. Only the interior takes a long time, then you wonder what they did all day.

Even though we have already finished a few days ago, yesterday we were able to take a cool snapshot, our house almost in the center.
