I didn’t understand that. Why is it not allowed to screw a hose onto the faucet next to the hose holder if the facade is insulated? Or is that not even a faucet next to the hose holder?

Basically, I didn’t get the connection between the facade insulation and the faucet :-(

Well, you should drill as little as possible through insulation, that's clear, right? That's why the hose is not on the house but on the wall.

It is about the fact that fastening something through the foam bullshit is a state act. That is why the hose holder hangs on a wall without insulation.
