You don't have to imagine the picture like on a canvas but rather like on a sphere. When I open it in my phone gallery, I have a button at the top right that activates the 360° view.

I have 18 on the ground floor. To be honest, I didn’t pay much attention to crossings, I think there should be something in one spot on the upper floor, should be fine.

The problem was the thickness of the insulation to fit the tangle of pipes inside. Acquaintances had 16.5, and sometimes the concrete ceiling had to be slightly modified so that some pipes could cross and the insulation thickness still fit. 20 cm and thus thicker insulation would probably have made it easier.

I wouldn't put it that drastically now. There are things that you only decide or choose afterward.
You will see tiles everywhere in everyday life that had to be pieced together, fiddled with, or just laid crooked because the wall is not exactly straight.
However, you only notice such things when you deal with it yourself. Otherwise, it does not stand out at all.
I bet if I had posted a photo of the toilet where I pointed out the lead crystal washbasin, no one or at least only very few would have noticed the joint.

What exactly is included in the floor construction? Apparently also the concrete poured onto the filigree slab, because that's where all the pipes for the controlled residential ventilation and electrical wiring are ultimately hidden.
