As far as I saw, they are flush. However, there will still be an insulation layer added. If that is not done properly, our construction supervisor will definitely notice, fortunately he spots the smallest mistakes/flaws.

so Rohbau is no longer the official term.... today the windows installation began, the neighbors already have theirs in. And without scaffolding it looks much better right away.

Provided he comes to check before the next layer is applied

One more layer will definitely be added in the form of impact sound insulation. But it is rather thin (2-3cm) and not very load-bearing, so there should be no cavities underneath. That’s what the loose fill is about, besides avoiding thermal bridges. But if the pipes are flush with the insulation layer, then everything is okay.

Rare clinker.

Reminds me of earlier times.

A few new pictures today. The roof is now on it. Looks great, I think. Wooden cladding is on the roof overhangs. Garage is still under construction.

What is questionable for me is to what extent the walls in the garage, where a door lintel was built in the Poroton at the back, are really built in such a way that one can later simply break through and install a door if needed. The sand-lime brick is definitely not laid flush with the door lintel.

On the roof terrace, there is a structural support on each side. It is currently galvanized and I think it doesn't look that great visually. Best to just paint it?

Also, a photo of the multi-utility house entry and another pipe in the building services room.

Of course you can install a door there afterwards. Last year I widened two door openings and chiseled out a window opening - it went smoothly. You can also break out half bricks and in the end the edge will be plastered anyway, so everything will be fine. You should just measure exactly where the door lintel is located.
