Yes, I would say partly partly.
Maybe the ceiling should just be sprayed, I was just at my neighbor's, that’s how it was done there and it fits.

That doesn't look to me like a problem with the color. More like you can see through the substructure.

In times learned 1 type of color from VEB LuF, start at the window lengthwise in the room about 1m, then crosswise parallel to the window start again at the window, then continue like this. Then all finished paint strokes are executed parallel to the window towards the door. From the pictures, I also see more of the substructure shining through there, probably too little putty and sanding
