So, my guy was there all day and actually took photos early in the morning when I couldn’t yet (because I was waiting for the vet who vaccinated our house tigers).

They were all still waiting for the truck there:
And then it came:

The wood and the foil directly attached? If a root ever damages the foil, the basement will rot.

So, for us today was the starting shot. First, build the construction road and partially remove roots.

Looks like a great plot of land! Can we get a photo of the entire property with the landscape? It looks wonderful!

The pathway in front paved with natural stones: can you keep it or does it have to go?

Tomtom: the membrane is certified against root penetration and is also used, among other things, for green roofs. In addition, the Austrotherm insulation is applied on top of the membrane. The root would have to get through that first. I have absolutely no worries about that.

More information and all applications as well as certifications of the membrane can be found online under the search term "Hertalan EPDM."

So the membrane was glued yesterday. It still looks the same as yesterday because the same cover is still on top.

Anyone who wants to see more pictures can also visit the HP of the perennial gardener, we are the newest project.

Good morning everyone,

Attached are the requested pictures. The plot is about 913 sqm and is located in the beautiful Börde region. A house with 165 sqm and a garage measuring 10.5*7 will be built.

The path with the natural stone pavement is an old field road that now leads to nowhere. So I think it will remain.

The only negative point is that a railway line runs about 100m away.
