Our shell is now finished, and I finally have time to post a few pictures here
It will be a 2.5-story flat-roof house with a setback floor & roof terrace on top, plus a 6x9m double garage, without a basement. Living area approx. 240 sqm.
The setback floor was made as a timber frame construction for structural reasons and was erected last week, the rest is 36.5 Poroton T7 (filled with perlite).
From above you have a nice view, it is somewhat on a slope and almost at the highest point in the village.

The interior photo shows the open kitchen with dining room (36 sqm), overlooking the living room past the stairs. 5 m window front on the right side, where a large sliding door will soon be installed.

And here is a slightly older picture with a view from the back of the kitchen/dining room on the left and the living room on the right. Still with a crane and without the setback floor.
That will be a nice little house. I don’t see any reinforced concrete in the walls or corners. Is it not needed for the structural stability?
