One of the best decisions we made was to not change much anymore in the shell construction plans. What did go wrong, however, was that some changes made afterwards were not yet included in the plan that was on the construction site. Fortunately, none of this was really important or complicated to fix. Comment from a friend who is an architect: before doing anything on the construction site, you check the status of the plans!

The plaster is on it. We updated to solar plaster just last week.

Yes, it is. We are very happy.

The plaster is just boring white.

Solarputz contains ceramic beads in the plaster. According to the marketing speech, they are supposed to keep heat better inside in winter and let less heat in during summer.

But for me, that was secondary. I wanted a plaster that is less sensitive to algae and dirt, which you also don't necessarily have to paint. Because for painting, they wanted 12€ per square meter, so I preferred the 4€ per square meter for the better plaster.

Curious to see if this holds up better. We live on Hauptstraße, so you'll always have to paint there. Never cleaned so many windows as last year. Hopefully, it will get better once the outdoor area is landscaped.

Use a good silicone resin paint, then it gets dirty very very slowly.
