I currently live in a newly built rental and never felt like I needed something like that. I consciously decided against it.

The weather is OK, today the fine plaster was applied in just one day...crazy...including the garage...

The color depends on the weather, we will see.

aren't you exaggerating a bit? That would be almost €30k more in labor costs compared to plastering. Usually, the additional costs for clinker are between €10k and €20k. Something must be wrong, or it was only trainees and interns at work.
