I'm happy for you. You have shown that it is indeed possible, just like me/us, to build a house including the land for under 300,000 euros. Contrary to the forum opinion that a house always has to be significantly more expensive!!

It really depends on where you build! We already paid over 200,000 euros for our land, and that was already cheap and we were lucky.

The plasterers are done for now as of today. There are a few small damaged spots, and I also checked whether everything is straight. But one thing I can say, the walls are really smooth.

Your vapor barrier looks very tight. Is there enough "room" for thermal expansion or contraction? Otherwise, it will come loose on the walls where it is plastered in.
