It is the technical room. As far as I'm concerned, they can stay if they pay rent :cool:

Have fun when the little ones hatch, they poop all over everything.. I know that from my parents, they had that problem often.

I wouldn't bring myself to do it. Last year we had robins here. They behaved as one wishes neighbors would: unobtrusive, hardly audible, and left hardly any mess. When the chicks hatched, half of them were immediately fledged, the other half still hopped around on our balcony for a few days. It was really a great three weeks and we were happy to make our balcony available.

We also had a bird's nest in the attic. After the drywall installers insulated it and installed the vapor barrier, they were gone. When I asked, I was told: "They flew away." I preferred not to press further. :(

Here is a corner of the house where the grouting was done so nicely. Even though it doesn't look like it in the picture, the corner is 90°.

At least there's grass now ;). If I get this far this year, I'll be really satisfied.

But the lighting scene in the bathroom is just an extreme example of what's possible - right?
