yes, the garages are open in the middle. I am simply attaching the floor plan as a file.

The price varies of course greatly depending on the equipment. But just for the garages, according to the offers I obtained, one should budget between 15,000 and 18,000 euros. In addition, there are the strip foundations, which are also somewhere between 3,000 and 4,000 euros.

I don't find the garage all that attractive either....especially the price shocks me. We are paying only €17,621 for our large double garage measuring 6 x 9m with a large sectional door, a side entrance door, and a 200x80cm window, plus a complete floor slab for €4,500.
