Oops, having a bad day?

Honestly, I lack the expertise to even remotely assess the matter, but the regularly thick vertical mortar joints do look "interesting," don’t you think?

As I said, no idea if that has any influence on anything, but I noticed it too.

You two will have to sort out the other stuff among yourselves...

I would simply say that these are small additional thermal bridges, since the bricks generally also have some insulating effect (due to the cavities/internal structure). But overall, this probably doesn't play a role in heating because of the small proportion.

Not a bad day. But some believe they know everything.

These gaps up to a certain width are okay. And this cannot be avoided; stones have dimensional tolerances. If you catch a row entirely with "smaller" stones, gaps will form.

That is completely irrelevant!
If you are not an expert yourself, then you shouldn’t be so harsh and should reconsider your choice of words. One would think you are so entitled to first throw some heavy criticism here at random people’s stomachs.
If something in the photos stands out negatively, you can simply point it out, but don’t act as if you are the site manager here.
Especially since this is a thread where people proudly show their little house.
And if the admin doesn’t like that I openly complain here, then all I can say is: he who dishes it out openly, must also take it openly!
This reminds me of the green [emoji20]

It's nice when neighbors let you take photos. We were allowed to do that too. It's a completely different perspective.

We fully trust our architect and the executing company
And I have seen much worse with the mortar pockets

Yes, this is a complete new development area where a developer is simultaneously building 12 terraced houses and 3 neighbors are building at the same time. Always something going on there
