Uuh, interesting topic... We also outsourced a lot of the interior work directly to the carpenter; if only because I want to have the same wood used everywhere, stair railings, doors, kitchen island, exposed wood walls, also wardrobe, dressing room, and mudroom. Thanks... I like them too; we went for it, they also come as outdoor slabs. It's an XXL travertine imitation, I still have to look for more precise details... They are simply not fussy, and because of the kids and dog, we reluctantly decided against parquet. Instead, I now have it on the walls and everywhere else it was possible.
