The filling should be bound. The layer under the system board should be smooth and even. The system board presumably has the foil integrated, which is also needed.

The edge distance between pipes and wall is specified in DIN 18015-3. In your first picture, in my opinion, there should still be a distance (>= 20 cm) between the grey and green pipes. The background is, as far as I know, the load transfer of the screed; bridges are okay, but no "freely spanning" parts. The DIN includes an illustrative image.

He needs that with the thick pipes . We have flat ducts and 20 cm construction.

Pipes. I don’t know what that is. It must be good for something. I have to ask. Definitely not KNX. I’m really sure about that. You know me. Sufficiently calculated. Well, budgeted so that the landscape gardener can actually still do something. The general contractor still gets 41, the utilities and Telekom around 7. Painter about 3. Ikea another 5. The plumber about 2. One for the surveyor. So let’s roughly say 60 have been spent, leaving the landscape gardener with 20. But he doesn’t know that; I cried to him that he was actually only planned with 10 and so please please don’t overspend. So, it will be enough, but not enough for a new car right away.[emoji3]
