We are building with a central ventilation system and I’m thinking about placing a normal dresser in the bathroom (not a special moisture-resistant piece) and had a discussion with a friend about whether the furniture would rot because of the humidity. I rely on my ventilation system – but of course have no practical experience.
A tub in the bedroom is a whole different level regarding moisture, how is something like that managed?
