The trees do not obstruct; they are an important part of the beautiful view.Yes, we were quite lucky to get the property. The water behind the trees belongs to a lake. I'm really curious how the view from the living room will be in the end, since the trees do somewhat obstruct the view.
There is no proportionate reason for that.Just have the trees cut down, if necessary with financial compensation for the owner.

The "problem" here is that the shore strip belongs to the municipality and they want to keep the lake in its natural state. But basically, that's okay with us too.
