I'm currently at the holiday home...
I know why I decided against parquet flooring in the kitchen :-(
But it is beautiful. Just extremely soft and sensitive. (no oak)

Just search with the usual agents for newer houses. Stylistically, there are now many of them. Air conditioning, flat-screen TV, whirlpool, heat pump (no more horror electricity bills)
