So I was faced with a choice.

It would also have been possible to have it recessed.

But I thought the worktop would be damaged in the long term.
I also like the aluminum frame.

Zaba, about the grid: mine should have been under the stove as well. I didn’t want that, because I stand right in front of it when cooking and I really find the draft unpleasant. Unfortunately, the installers messed up with the angled parts, supposedly with the one they had, you could only swivel to the right and not to the left. And I am actually a bit annoyed that I gave in to that—because in the current position, it still blows lightly on my feet when I stand at my cutting station. There’s nothing to be done now and I’m sure everyone is different, but I don’t wear slippers and am a bit more sensitive there.

In that respect, I still find the decision NOT to orient the outlet towards the table by far the better choice.

Is your countertop made of stone? As mentioned, installation plan is not allowed for plastic and wood (which is actually logical..)

Okay, as you wish:

The kitchen itself is poorly planned (I wasn't concerned about the ventilation of the cooktop).

- few reasonable pull-outs (there would be too little storage space for me)
- weird mishmash of doors, drawers, and handles (it all looks very chaotic)
- main work surface half in the corner
- Lemans (expensive cabinet that offers only little storage space compared to other cabinets and also punishes you by being hard to clean and if something falls behind you have to crawl in)
- Apothecary cabinet (similar to Lemans)

but there are also positive points for:

- worktop running in the window reveal
- "Ulla cabinet" (forum term for the tall cabinet that is all the way on the left)
- dishwasher not planned right in the middle of the way

No wonder that so few people post pictures when everything immediately turns into discussions.

I don't find the discussion itself very productive either. On the one hand, the kitchen is already in place, on the other hand, it's all a matter of taste. People will have arranged their kitchen according to their personal preferences – and those just happen to be different from those of other people here in the forum.
