Pretty cool
Have you considered a folding glass wall? Of course, it costs a few euros more

So THAT would really have broken the budget, especially since the whole thing should also be KFW40-compliant... I don’t know enough about that. I also understand that the price is interesting, but my partner and I are relatively well known here, so I don’t want to mention a number here. If then by PM. I hope you understand that. The internet never forgets

So I still don’t want to know. If you have money for it, then you simply have it, why not! You built 190 sqm of living space with a pool for the two of you, wow... that makes our 150 sqm house for three people look really small.

Another question: do you all have aluminum window sills or natural stone on the outside? I’m still very undecided... and are the natural stone window sills from the hardware store any good, or should you order them from a stonemason?

Great house! Are there floor plans to see anywhere? I would find that very interesting
Continued good construction and gladly more pictures for us...

These are completely normal aluminum window sills. Here, at the request of matte1987, are the floor plans of the upper floor and ground floor, I think the basement is uninteresting... Although the wellness area on the upper floor is not current, we left out the drywall partition and swapped the shower and sauna. The small walls in the garage have also been removed. About the price again: This is an architect's house, meaning we or rather the architect tenders every trade and we negotiate. So no fixed price. Thanks that you like it, I'm glad

I like it. I don't want to harp on it, but how does it work with the elevator? If I were to indulge in that luxury, it would be a no-go for me to have a staircase in front of the house. If I see it correctly, the half-level from the driveway including the garage cannot be reached by the elevator. Couldn't this be solved more conveniently, for example by entering the elevator through the utility room by the garage?
