These are completely normal aluminum window sills. Here, at the request of matte1987, are the floor plans of the upper floor and ground floor, I think the basement is uninteresting... Although the wellness area on the upper floor is not current, we left out the drywall partition and swapped the shower and sauna. The small walls in the garage have also been removed. I like it. I don't want to harp on it, but how does it work with the elevator? If I were to indulge in that luxury, it would be a no-go for me to have a staircase in front of the house. If I see it correctly, the half-level from the driveway including the garage cannot be reached by the elevator. Couldn't this be solved more conveniently, for example by entering the elevator through the utility room by the garage?
