We only have radiators in the rooms with floorboards. The rooms with stone floors have underfloor heating (HAR and pantry manage entirely without it).

Yesterday the upper floor slab was finally poured.

Last week we received the construction schedule from the architect. If everything goes smoothly, we can move in at the beginning of December. The shell construction is supposed to be completed in 3 weeks, I'm curious about that.

The green KG2000 pipes are used for ventilation and electrical installations to overcome the split-level.

This is how it looks from below now, you can also clearly see the green pipes.

With us, the construction work is coming to an end. The last tasks include, among other things, the plank floors.. We decided on larch, lightly white oiled... Best regards Steffi

what is the floor structure like? Don’t you have any screed in the whole house?

Apparently only where tiled. Nothing more is needed for the floorboards.
