I find it so fascinating how quickly they raise the shell of the building... Once the roof is on, unfortunately, there isn't much visible happening at first glance for a while.

Yes, we were also stunned. We are also curious about what we will find tomorrow. They want to finish on 12.5., which seems completely unrealistic to me, but I am sure they know what they are saying.

News from the lawn front...

I'm really no botanist but this is really lawn now.

Really crazy, at first it was really slow to get going and now you feel like you're seeing changes hourly.

Very nice. We have the same thing coming up in the next few weeks. I'm a bit nervous if it will work out..

Preparation is everything. Try to make everything as smooth as possible. Rake in grass seeds or cover them with additional soil. Otherwise, the birds will eat everything away again.
You can also add starter fertilizer. But I didn't do that.

Beforehand, try with a lawn sprinkler to see if you can reach all areas from outside, if there is no automatic irrigation yet.

Once the lawn is in, then water, water, and water again. But don't turn it into a bath lake, otherwise everything will rot away. In my case, the soil was always moist since putting it in.

Mine did not sprout. I have sown again now. The weather is now a bit more plant-friendly.
