If you don’t see the craftsman (somehow overlooked), you would think all the windows were floor-to-ceiling.... thus the house appears visually larger [emoji23]

I wanted to bring it up again all along, but only now got back to the computer because of moving. With the white tile (which we had similarly in the apartment and where dust is not really a big problem) the price difference is not just 5 or 10 euros. The tile cost 3.50€/sqm, the large grey one cost 47.50. Besides, I can lay 30x30 myself, but I can’t lay 60x60. It’s about +/- 1000€ savings for the room. A room in the basement, where even in 20 years I won’t care what tile color is there. I also wouldn’t know what I should regret about it; it is not a living room. There are things stored there that are not used every day and a fridge/freezer. There are other things I would rather regret/will regret.
