Lack of taste is not a privilege of socialism and/or planned economy; such can be found worldwide on a global level.
Some combinations simply manage to radiate far more tastelessness than pluralism. In many residential areas there are houses whose difference from the mainstream would be quite nice—if it weren’t for their difference itself. Compared to some of these specimens, a Wolpertinger is practically homogeneous: cream-yellow clinker bricks, fir-green sash windows, a half-octagon bay window with a baroque balustrade, and a burgundy-red pavement; or the woven fence to the steel garage, ... ... ...
