I also really like the floor tiles laid out in the photos. Even though you had to change your mind to the lighter shade... It looks great.

Maybe I also have tiles that you might like.. oak wood look in the bathroom together with a nice contrast with the anthracite-colored wall tiles. It looks quite different in real life than just when "sampling"...

Wow, that looks very, very classy.
Which wood tile is it? Maybe I can see it in person if the tile store has it in the showroom.

But I'm not as brave as you, I'd be afraid it would be too dark and the dust would show too much, which means I'd have to clean more often... no. That's why I'm thinking of a combination with light grey wall tiles and wood planks on the pre-wall installation and the window sill.

I have already seen the Oak Park from Villeroy & Boch, I like them a lot, my better half... still needs time to think.

finally the gray-brown desert is gone. One morning and 160m2 of turf laid in both gardens (had it laid ;))
A little gate is still missing, my wooden terrace, from August the yew hedge and a few more colorful plants.

3 minutes after finishing the work, I listed the remaining 5m² of turf on eBay Classifieds.
And 10 minutes later it was already gone including the 4 disposable pallets.

We now have the mission "the scaffolding has to go." It's really expensive. So we are painting like crazy. And the lintels, window sills, and sacrificial boards still have to go on. We started with the window sills on top and the lintels on top. And painted diligently.

Prepare window sills; a rubber lip goes on the back, sealing strips on the side, and compriband on that.

Then fit them

Screw them firmly

Et voilà. The white things still get end caps, but unfortunately they accidentally delivered them in crappy brown, not black...

And both of them

The house with window sills that you can hardly see because the scaffolding is in front ^^

And then the lintels. These are also impregnated, stained, and waxed. We pre-drill with a Forstner bit and then cover the drill holes with cover buttons. Compri band goes on the back.

And install

Tadaa

:)

There's still quite a lot to do outside, but we should be finished this week. Really exciting, we've never seen the house without scaffolding!!

I find it remarkable what you all do and then also do so lovingly and confidently. Hats off and deep bow ;)
