The whole house looks extremely gloomy, like from a horror movie. Unthinkable for us "southerners" to build something like that, but the North likes it.

I already wrote it somewhere else before. I would have chosen light red brick with a red roof, white windows..... but I don't live in it alone. Yes, it is dark, but inside it is very bright and if some greenery grows around it, it will also lighten it up. Come on, I want to see more pictures!

It’s only about the roof, which then influences the window color. The development plan states roofing red or light gray. The mayor’s interpretation – red ranges from light red to chestnut, light gray goes up to light gray. See photo. We wanted RAL 7016 windows, but that looks bad with the light roof tiles.Exactly. That’s why it also amuses me when people who usually pay attention to "organic" use ceramics with wood look. Especially those people should – more than me – find such products as "transgenic" rather unappealing.
What is the royal Bavarian mayor’s requirement about: is it about a color from a list or a range of tones for the roof or the windows, or is it "if gray, then roof and windows identical"?
For "absolute color matching" between different materials, one would have to define by Pantone; with RAL, that is not possible at all – the indication "similar" in RAL-based color designations of building materials is no coincidence. So this has less to do with variation within a production or even a single batch, but with the different effect of the same color pigments on different surface qualities.

It is possible... but it has to be approved by the municipality. What about something like this? Maybe make the windows a little darker but not much!do you really have to cover the roof so brightly? I would consider a façade color other than white... is that still possible?
