No. There will be an additional half-story. But as mentioned, the garage and workshop already have about 60 sqm of net floor space. The living area is a total of 189 sqm.Will it be a bungalow?

No, not after all. I’m going 140 km north of that. We used to sail on the Müritz almost every weekend in the summer, nice area.
