I had that too, in my kitchen you could even ice skate at times However, it was still a real shell at that time, no windows, everything open and of course no installations yet. Yes, the aerated concrete soaks up moisture, but it also dries out again. I used a fan heater, which helped a lot. The stones don't get damaged that easily.

That is really unpleasant! It wasn't quite as bad with us, but there was also quite a bit of water on the floor. It came through the terrace doors that were not yet sealed. It actually pressed right under. But it came out pretty well with a Kärcher wet vacuum. Fortunately, it was dry for a long time afterward and there was also time to dry before the floor construction was installed.

Dig a small trench outside and channel the water around the house, otherwise the next pour will be yours again. The damage could become greater. Also pay attention to the outdoor facilities, take it as given and divert the water away.
