We have stairs!

To the upper floor:

And to the basement:

The one to the basement is one step shorter (because we don’t have as much space in the hallway downstairs) and therefore the remaining steps are each a bit higher than those of the stairs to the upper floor.
And once again to everyone who wants to save space by using a "smaller" staircase: even here (and we are talking about less than a centimeter per step) the difference is clearly noticeable!
Going to the upper floor is very comfortable, to the basement still fine, but especially when you walk both staircases in a row, you clearly notice a difference. The basement stairs still have dimensions that are within the normal range and are even undershot in some plans.

I can only agree with the stairs.
With us, the structural engineer designed the ceiling stronger (10cm) and the stairs were forgotten to be adjusted. They seem really steep with the steps being a few millimeters higher.

Can you post the rise and run? We have 17.9/26 cm. It's actually good, only the run could handle 2-3 cm more.

If I remember, I will measure exactly.

17.9/26cm is also not the optimal ratio. According to the step measurement formula, it's a value at the lower end. You notice it yourself very quickly when you deviate from this formula.
