Dear friends of house building,

after posts #1121, #1241, #1290 and #1292, it finally continues now. Today the crane was erected.

I hope to be able to report continuous progress next week.

Best regards

Axel

Shell construction is complete. Next week the roof tiles and windows will arrive. Then we will be busy with ventilation and electrical installation.

Monday concrete ring beam, and then unfortunately we have to wait 3 weeks for the roof structure.

Otherwise everything is fine in terms of execution, but thinking along or anything like that is absolutely zero,

Unfortunately, our house ended up 3 cm too large on each side because the surveyor took the finished measurements with plaster during the staking out.
The worst part is, after plaster we have a boundary distance of 2.97 instead of 3.00.

I happened to measure this today, and I really doubt the sanity of some people.
But now I have almost 2 sqm more house [emoji45]

The last few days were all about assembling the kitchen... I also laid a very makeshift footpath made of concrete paving slabs so that we can get into the house free of mud and clay.

The mailbox was quickly hammered into the ground as well.

In spring, everything will be done properly
