Congrats ... how is it actually with the water, can it drain?

I think the bins are placed a bit unfavorably, aren’t they? (Because of flies etc.)

Water drains off the house roof wonderfully.

The thing with the bins is correct - however, because of our non-building neighbor, we could not place the curbstones all the way to the property boundary, due to the beginning slope. If at some point it is filled up again, the curbstones will be removed, the rest of the paving will be done and then a bin enclosure will be installed. We did not want to drill the paving at the current position for a box.

Here also great progress again, heading straight towards the targeted goal ...

2x 110m deep drillings for the brine-water heat pump

My new floor ;-)

Edge timbers leveled with a construction laser, then beams screwed underneath and these brought level with angles, always nicely placing sections of protective mats underneath as cushioning.

Tomorrow we start with insulation -> 140mm mineral wool WLG032 + 60mm WLG035 (the latter between the 60mm cross-beam layer) on top 18mm OSB (later 1.5mm impact sound insulation + parquet as shown above.)

and finally stairs, although not quite finished yet, and already the base of the balcony.

And here a small glimpse of what the marshaling wiring of the SmartHome will look like

Grooves on top and bottom so that the LSA strips can snap in, drillings with cable entries as strain relief. Of course a bit of work to do this for every cable, but it is going to be a small series for the 4 residential units . That way I can work a bit more efficiently than on a single piece.

Great! Sorry if I missed it somewhere, but which heating are you doing? Obviously not underfloor heating...
