And rightly so. Above all, the server version is great. For most single-family homes, however, it's rather overkill.

yes. as spacious and nice as such a front yard/yard seems, it is so impractical....
I can understand if someone wants something like that, but for me personally it would be inefficiently used space, I can’t retreat there because it’s open to the street and as you describe it, I rather have disadvantages from the workflows....

My wife would be bothered by the kitchen, among other things, because there is no spice rack by the stove. Where is the toaster, the coffee machine ... space for a dish towel in the kitchen? I also don't see any sockets at the countertop or are they recessed? - I only see some in the bathroom :) And the property would be a bit too "low-maintenance" for me. No trees, no plants ... But a nice house :)

Thanks to you. I got him. He was indirectly mentioned here before or was on my screen, as a user here posted the hanghaus "Schwarz auf weiß" with the decoupled basement. You can see it well with him: whoever presents themselves excellently and submits good photos gets attention.

I also don’t have a spice rack by the stove (where it gets greasy if you cook a lot), but a drawer next to the stove. A hundred times better!

I also don’t have handles at the front of my kitchen – but on the other side of the kitchen island there can be, and you can hang towels there. Sockets are next to the knobs for operation in Bora. There are retractable sockets, etc. I also don’t like having the toaster out in the open – in our place it’s in the pantry, which is right next to the kitchen. If we didn’t have this option, it would be in a drawer. I hate kitchens with work surfaces full of clutter. Everyone handles that differently.

And I seem to remember that Matthias mentioned he still has to do something in the garden. So this is not the final state (can you ever really reach that?).

A funny thought. What makes the use of space on the property "efficient"? What do you consider "practical" - just "low-maintenance" or more? What is the purpose of the land around the house, by which efficiency and practicality can be measured? (In principle, properties with single-family houses are an inefficient use of space.)
