Yep, the Godmorgon things are really great, we also have two base cabinets and a tall cabinet from the series. I think they are great in terms of price-performance ratio, the only thing is you might need to take a look at the siphon. But we were able to manage that without any major problems.

We have the same one as in the example! It didn’t cost 200 € and looks great. No one has come out of the guest bathroom yet and said "oh, I saw you only have an Ikea base cabinet there." My parents bought a base cabinet from a specialist retailer more than five times as expensive two years ago and had it installed. In my opinion, you can’t see any difference.

On the ground floor, the supports are finally gone. The difference is dramatic and quite impressive. When the upper floor ceiling goes in next week, our landing staircase will be poured at the same time.

And to contribute something to the topic of conversation: We are currently getting a quote from the carpenter for the two upper floor bathrooms. What is otherwise available we either don't find nice or is so expensive that a carpenter is not more expensive. And I really can't imagine Ikea except for utility rooms.

But this is not the standard Godmorgon. The board on top is too thick for that. Many then use a cut-to-size IKEA kitchen countertop as the board.

With the panel, you have complete freedom, we took the bamboo panel from IKEA on the bottom and upstairs in the bathroom I built one myself from solid wood planks. You can wonderfully add an individual touch there.
