The pool is about 2.20*2.20m, that's why the sliding lift door had to wait until the platform was fully tiled. The pool therefore cannot be moved either. The structural engineering only allows this location.

It is clear to me that a family builds differently, we also have no children's rooms. It is obvious that with double income and no children, building is different. I have a lovely niece, I know she is looking forward to the house. But not yet.

Oh, she might be looking forward to it already. There's lots to discover.

It's a hot tub, right?

If I remember correctly, from inside to outside: drywall board, 20mm OSB board, 200mm mineral wool, OSB again, 100mm Pavatex wood fiber insulation, then the plaster. Overall about 40 cm. KfW 40, exactly.

Yes, a 4-person Jacuzzi. We often have guests or parents-in-law who come for wellness. But we already had it before the house was built...

Then I also want to post a few pictures of our house. The scaffolding is gone by now and the face of the house is revealed.

great absolutely top pricewise I can guess where it's heading. And yes if I didn't have kids I would probably build like that too. But why not put the pool outside or is there more coming?

Nice at the back, not so good at the front just kidding. But with the windows facing the street you should have paid a bit more attention to the views. And that small roof overhang looks great, we have about 80cm, it has advantages when it rains because nothing gets wet around the house but it doesn't look so modern.
