A semi-detached house with four residential units? Or is there one too many "H"?

No, that is correct. 4 residential units in the semi-detached house. (Unfortunately, I can only write incoherently. The attempt to implement it differently was unfortunately "abruptly" stopped)

Can someone explain this without consequences?
I would like to understand it.

It is probably a semi-detached house, meaning 2 semi-detached units with 2 apartments on the ground floor and 2 apartments on the upper floor accessible by outdoor stairs.

I have to correct myself after reading it again. The steel construction that was probably meant (there was no other one pictured) is the base of the balcony that is hopefully going to be finished soon. The railings are already with us, the balcony flooring (Balkodur) as well as the glass panels are still missing. The entrance area (outside staircase) was also pictured by me a few posts earlier.
