And how do you protect them during the further construction phase?
We had them wrapped at the factory and the mixture was already prepared with hydrophobization. If you leave them "naked" now without protection, you'll have to sand again before moving in.
What did you use to sand?

Everything great. It looks bright and friendly. I will take pictures when I get the chance.

Right, we chose the Concretal product line from Keim. We cleaned with the concrete quick cleaner to possibly remove form oil residues. Shortly before moving in, a round of Silangrund will be applied and 4 hours later the fixative without adding glaze. According to expert advice, it is ultra matte, transparent, and thin, hence invisible. Exactly what we wanted.

It was protected with wooden steps during the entire shell construction phase, for 3 weeks now only with self-adhesive, fairly thick stair fleece. I’m not going to leave it naked! Despite heavy craftsman traffic, it works wonderfully, not a single flaw anywhere. Both staircases are covered with warning signs and everyone treats them carefully like raw eggs.
I sanded with my completely normal angle grinder with 180 grit and then went over it briefly with 240 grit. The sandpaper consumption is quite high but it works perfectly. Smooth as the much-cited baby bottom.

Work has also started in the bathroom today. Tomorrow the flush-mounted window sills (with shadow gap) and the painters are coming. And the bathtub.

Unfortunately, the tiles are not available for viewing near us, so I would have to order them (they are not offered in German shops, so from abroad ). In the photos available on the internet, it sometimes appears that there is a very high proportion of red/orange. Is that actually the case?

I also found the system online yesterday after I asked you the question and was immediately impressed. That should also fit perfectly for us; I’ll ask our architects if they have ever applied it somewhere. However, for us, the glaze would be more appropriate as a very "transparent" variant (diluted with the base).
It would be great if you could share your experience. You’re certainly faster with it, because it won’t happen here before next winter!

I hope the designer also checked the edge distances of the anchors on the base plates?? They seem quite small to me. Topic frame shear and such Are expansion anchors or adhesive anchors going to be used? Freshly painted steel construction always looks great! Just please make sure that the steel builder’s offer includes a position covering local touch-ups of the paint after assembly. Especially if it should remain visible afterwards. There are always chippings or dusty footprints. Will this be delivered pre-assembled like this?
