Which opinion? That I think it will be regretted later?
Please. Gladly

I think the tiles are fine. It is a storage room and utility room, not a kitchen and main bathroom.

Great for those who can do something like that themselves

The wallpaper in the children's room is very unusual.

Hello everyone,

I also wanted to present our house (143 sqm on 2 floors plus basement) after we asked the community various questions over the past 2 years.

We (2 adults, 2 children) have now been living in the house since August 2017, the pictures were taken about 2 weeks before handover, meanwhile the fence is up and the lawn is lush green.

Basically, we adopted some suggestions from the forum, but are very glad that we did not implement everything that was criticized, for example

- Arrangement of the windows (we tried to pay attention to symmetry, but did not want to disregard our everyday usability, after all, we LIVE IN the house)
- Inside, the hallway was predicted to be a long dark tube... it is not the case
_ The house entrance "under the roof" between garage and house... was predicted to be too dark, no one would find the entrance etc... We LOVE our entrance, we can lock the gate at the front, in summer/autumn/winter you stand at the door, chat with visitors, drink a wine, put drinks out or shoes without everything getting wet, the children can wait outside without getting rained on... There is storage space under the garage above for sleds, summer chairs, etc... We are very glad we did not let ourselves be discouraged.

If you have any questions: feel free to ask

The house is very aesthetically successful, not only simple (and) well proportioned, but also in details such as the fact that the blinds are on the same plane as the shutters on the other windows. I definitely like that better than the protruding sunshades with guide rails like fixed braces.

After the winter break, we continued with the roof cornice. I hope the windows will arrive soon

Here, someone once asked for pictures of "tube-shaped" hallways. Although still shell construction, ours is 176 cm wide.
