Good morning everyone,

Even though it is not a house image yet. Can someone give me an estimate of when I can expect asphalt to be laid here and how long something like this generally takes? To me, it at least looks prepared. What do you think? You surely have experience

Either tomorrow or in 3 years... there are no experience values for that.
With us, something only gets done at 90% development.

Ok, then I wasn't precise enough. Let's assume that construction can begin after the street has been sealed!

By the way, tomorrow is Sunday ;-p

With us, the asphalt was already laid before construction started, but that is still just the construction road. It will be milled off again as soon as all the residents on the street are finished, and then a proper asphalt layer will be applied. So it simply varies.

The trick to understanding here is probably quite simple: the comment is indeed behind post No. 1676 with the parquet, but likely refers to post No. 1670 with the tiles in the hallway. At least it looks like no one expects this to be driven over by heavy trucks anymore until the top layer goes on. I would guess it’s only a matter of weeks. Every municipality usually handles this uniformly within itself. Where it is customary to wait for the last construction truck and until then leave the manhole covers poking out of the bumpy surface, the condition in your picture would mark the moment before the last verse of the song.

It behaves similarly with us as with . I have the impression that there is a first layer of tar on it, which will then be supplemented by another layer after the main construction work in the construction section is completed - at least a few centimeters are still missing on the curbstones and manhole covers. Of course, it could also be that they will remove it again and tar it anew. [emoji848]

@all Wishing you a good slide into the new year. Get there safely!
