Are the windows of urban villas always that small in the front or does it just look like that?

We only have small windows in the front. Why would we want bigger ones? It’s the street side and northeast. The rooms on the street side downstairs don’t benefit from a large window anyway, and upstairs there is a second window for each room.

The only window we wanted to have bigger was the one to the stairwell. Originally, there was none planned there. That would have been really too dark.
