With so many controlled residential ventilation ducts, piled up in one place, I wonder how the insulation or the screed is supposed to be effective....

In the last picture, you can see electrical cables lying on the floor without any distance from the wall. Is there going to be a screed on top? In my opinion, that would not be permissible.

For the first and the last picture, the screed layer will thank you and directly provide the release from liability form for signature.

Where in another topic tiles are currently being discussed.... kind of like a bidding war.... today he started tiling. No, nothing fancy, just Harry’s tile market goods. And the landscaping contractor piled up the dyke, against the flood from the mountain. Now there is calm. Since we have also made good progress with painting, on the 14th Ikea is installing the kitchen and on the 10th the stairs and interior doors are arriving, since gas, water, electricity and telecom are in the house, at the beginning of September we will only be laying the vinyl, on 11.9. the furniture truck arrives. There is still almost 80 [on the construction account], so everything is relaxed. A little autumn vacation is still possible. Karsten

The pictures are already a few days old and the screed layer installer did not complain. He has been working with the company for a while.

First picture is upper floor. Second picture is ground floor, where all the technology will be installed.
Structure (approximately, don’t hold me to exact centimeters):
Ground floor: 8cm insulation and where pipes are, filling. 4cm insulation. 4cm system panels for the underfloor heating. 7cm screed.
Upper floor: 4cm sound insulation and filling, 4cm insulation, 4cm system panels, 7cm screed.

That means the pipes do not come into contact with the screed. There are a few centimeters in between.
The cables also do not come into contact with the screed. Did you mean that, Bieber0815?
