The house is now standing with us as well - the roof is covered, the windows are in, this week the insulation will be installed and the facade work will begin. Here is a picture of the shell construction:
I thought I’d show a picture of how different the roof shapes in my country are compared to Germany. The picture comes from a property research institute that today released the latest data on the real estate market. Our real estate bubble burst in 2015; since then, it’s only been going down.
where is that?
It looks more typically American than German. In DE, I have never seen such beautiful streets and sidewalks.
Judging by the roof shapes and house sizes, this is a "good" neighborhood
