Karsten, it has turned out nicely, whether you are 59 or 30, and whether it was inexpensive does not matter at all. I think it is still a lot of money. And one thing it definitely is not, cheap.

Sometimes you also have to think about what you write here. In the end, I will probably come to at least 280,000 with the garden, etc. Even if I deduct the equity there, I will pay for this dream for at least 20 years. And when I always hear here how cheap everything is, that can hurt too. Some people here are so arrogant that it hurts. I wouldn't be like that myself, even if I had mustered 100,000.

hmm somehow I seem to have come across the wrong way... What I definitely did not want was to portray Karsten's construction and style as cheap. Also, the comment about the patterning was not negative, but rather meant as a compliment, since you (Karsten) carried it out so strictly. If I have offended anyone: sorry!

Ah, it just annoys me.. You turn it on briefly and the temperature is different. Someone rinses, water briefly hot. Woman taps warm water, it turns cold. Even if I turn it back on after soaping up, you have to adjust it. In the currently inhabited house, I waited for the Aldi offer and got a faucet with a thermostat. So nothing fancy either.
