you're looking. You can't see in during the day, but you can vaguely see out. However, the situation reverses at night; you can't see out, but you can vaguely see in when the light is on inside. I will test it and report whether it is really that bad.

. As correctly says, they come in different permeability levels and fabric types. We decided on “just“ the sun protection because the dense, and thus darkening, fabric was not recommended to us. It would tend to wrinkle and differ in color from the tone of the sun protection zips. Whether this is true or not, I cannot say.

We also have curtains, which primarily emphasize the architecture of the house. I hope so!!

Why we chose zips is due to construction reasons. We definitely wanted room height and very wide windows; this would have conflicted with the rather large packages of the venetian blinds in timber construction. External cassette boxes were not an option for us, so we decided on the zips. The zips are also less susceptible to wind and hail.

Unfortunately, these things are naturally significantly more expensive than venetian blinds, which was clear.

I hope I may say it here: Roma

Did you have to point out to your plumber or did he take care of it on his own?

Of course, he did NOT take care of it independently...

...I politely brought the issue to his and my general contractor's attention.

Later, my general contractor told me that the plumber had gotten "scared" and quickly pulled over the protective pipes yesterday. He wanted to protect himself from any warranty issues after all.

The most important thing is that protective conduits are now available. You can really see how useful this forum is! Or rather, how useful other people's problems are...

Could someone quickly show me the corresponding thread in the forum for this issue? The topic is not yet on my list of questions for the plumbing appointment. I have read this now. But of course, I can also search through the forum myself....
