For us, €8.35 per sqm including material (40mm). Edge insulation strips €1.50 per running meter.

Floor insulation board 2cm EPS 035, 100kPa, material and installation 3.63€/sqm
Floor insulation board 6cm EPS 035, 100kPa, material and installation 8.76€/sqm
Additionally, a bit of bonded fill 60€ per 100l including installation
Edge insulation strip 1.45€ per meter

all net and current, West Germany

100sqm installed by an experienced worker in one day including insulation strips.
