That's how it is, because many others said the same at the beginning and are now amazed threefold! But we didn’t care then and don’t care now, we love it :)

The slabs are 60 x 60.

They are ceramic composite slabs. So ceramic on top and underneath a concrete stabilizing aggregate carrier. Therefore, they can be laid normally on a gravel bed. That’s how it was done for us as well.

The details can be found at Berding Beton under Geoceramica. That’s what they call themselves.

yes, I think there is still plenty of visual space, but it does actually look a bit bleak and exactly then it looks like real life, hopefully cozy ;) P.S. I have a 318 sqm plot on which my small semi-detached house stands. My garden is also still at the very beginning.

Is that possible? Our house supplier has vehemently forbidden the planting of the drainage strip, and I have not seen it anywhere else either. Thanks in advance for your answer. :-)

Wow. I have been planning round terraces from the start, but I didn’t think of the idea with the rounded seating area. Great, and thank you very much for the suggestion. By the way, everything turned out great for you, congratulations on that and I’m happy for you.
